We have invested in highly-automated machinery that includes some of the best technology available in the window coverings industry. Our workshop is a highly dynamic, active environment designed to assist our well-qualified staff in tackling large and challenging projects.
Quoting
In order for us to provide you with a quote, we will need quantities, widths and lengths as well as product details such as fabric style, control type and shade configuration. Once we have this information we aim to provide a quote within 24 hours. Our quotes are valid for 30 days. Ordering
To place an order, we require a signed quote and 50% deposit, balance due COD. Our standard lead time is 10-15 business days after receipt of order. Credit terms are also available for eligible customers. To request credit terms, please contact us at sales@illinoisshade.com to receive a credit application.
Pick Up/Delivery/Installation
Our Will Call counter is open during our regular business hours. We also offer delivery and/or installation services for an additional cost. No electrical work is included and to be performed by others.
