A.R.O. = after receipt of order. These are project lead times for the items listed. The standard lead time published on our purchasing page covers standard shade systems — confirm with your account representative which applies to your scope.

What is included on site.
So it is priced once, in the bid, rather than argued about on the building.
- Site meetings
- Airfare, transportation, lodging and expenses are included for four site meetings. Additional onsite meetings requested beyond those four are billed at actual expense.
- Scissor lifts
- Scissor lifts are to be provided onsite by the customer.
- Electrical work
- No electrical work is included in an IWS order; it is to be performed by others.

We produce the motor and control layout the electrical contractor builds from. Two weeks after receipt of order. The electrical work itself is by others.
01 — Define
We take the shade schedule, the reflected ceiling plan and the control intent, and confirm what has to be powered, switched and integrated.
02 — Lay out
We produce the motor and control layout — motor positions, home runs, power supply locations and controller placement — coordinated against the pocket and closure details.
03 — Issue
Drawings are issued for the electrical contractor to build from, two weeks after receipt of order.
