Size and product flexibility
Our manufacturing technology and production process allows us to produce very large shades within a reasonable time frame. Our machinery allows for bigger shade size availability with maximum shade width up to 300" and maximum shade height up to 600".
We offer a wide array of shade system options including coupled shades, dual shades, blackout systems, guide cables and custom printed shades.
Large fabric stock
We stock a large amount of top-quality fabric from several different mills, allowing timely order fulfillment. We purchase our materials directly from supplying manufacturers, which allows us to target volume orders at the best price without compromising quality or delivery time.
Our CNC fabric cutting machines are accurate to the one millionth and can cut fabric for over 1,000 shades a day. We utilize impulse heat welders capable of folding and welding hems for large shades with precision and consistency. We annually budget for new, advanced technology.
